El Muvieri es usado por los marakame. Con sus plumas y a través del rezo purifican, sanan, cierran y bendicen. El Muvieri es el vínculo entre lo divino y la mano del marakame como canal el cual se conecta con los seres vivos y la Madre Tierra.

The Muvieri (muh-bee-a-ree) is used by the medicine men. With its feathers and through prayer they purify, heal, close and bless. The Muvieri is the link between the divine and the hands of the medicine men as channels that connect themselves to all alive beings and Mother Earth.
